My father, Scott Ridgeway, started his first embroidery business called Initial Response in downtown Boise in 1991. His care of quality and attention to detail endeared him to his many customers. I remember spending afternoons at the shop watching my dad do what he loved. He enjoyed having a storefront in the heart of downtown until 2009 when he sold Initial Response. After a short break from the embroidery business, he reopened as Business Class Embroidery in 2014 which he operated out of his home. In the fall of 2019, my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Little by little, I learned from him the art and love of his craft. While he did not have enough time to teach me everything, I am proud today to carry on his legacy in this little custom embroidery shop. Even though my dad is not here with me today, I feel his presence with me whenever I work at the embroidery machine, guiding me through the steps and lighting my path forward.

Our Process
STARTS WITH THE CLIENT
We take great care in adapting our clients’ existing logo and branding to embroidery. Color, placement, and style are only a few of the factors we consider.
We use precise digitizing technology to ensure maximum fidelity when adapting logos to embroidery. Sewn pieces will come out crisp, clean, and durable.
Sometimes a logo that looks great on paper or the web doesn’t transfer well to thread. We can make the changes that will ensure your logo is readable and looks fantastic on a company hat, shirt, or other apparel item. In the right hands, the added depth, shine, and texture of embroidery can make a great logo look better than ever.
If you’re interested in getting high-quality, long-lasting, and beautiful apparel for your business or personal brand, complete with your own logo, we invite you to get in touch. We look forward to hearing from you.
